A Belfry man received a sentenced of 16 years in prison Monday for drug distribution.
Brian Keith Wells was was sentenced to 197 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of a substance containing meth.
Wells pleaded guilty and his plea confirmed he conspired to distribute the drugs from November 2018 until February 2020 in Pike County and Mingo County, according to a release from the Department of Justice.
Wells pleaded guilty and must serve 85% of the sentence will have supervised parole for five years.
