A man in Boone County is accused of sexually abusing two children.
A complaint in Boone County Magistrate Court accuses 54-year-old Willard Franklin Buffington, of New Iberia, La., with two counts of sexual abuse.
One count alleges abuse that happened in the nineties when the victim was younger than ten years of age.
A second charge alleges abuse on a child under five years of age from April of this year.
Buffington was booked at the Southwestern Regional Jail after warrants for his arrest were executed on Friday.
He is charges with two counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
