Broadband Speed Test For W.Va. To Identify Problem Areas

West Virginia internet customers are being asked to take a broadband speed test to improve access in the Mountain State.

Department of Economic Development says information from the tests will be used to create a map identifying where investment in broadband is needed most.

Take the test at broadband.wv.gov. Click the red “TAKE THE SPEED TEST” button at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

The process takes only a few minutes.
