Early Voting Begins Today

Early voting in the Logan County General Election begins today.


Early Voting hours will be weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Voters may cast ballots early on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. The last day for early voting will be on Halloween between 9a.m. and 5p.m.


According to Logan County Clerk John Turner, early voting will be conducted in the County Commission office building on Stratton Street across from the county courthouse to allow for proper social distancing.


West Virginia voters are permitted to vote absentee due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Absentee ballot applications must be received by Wednesday, October 28.


Voting in county precincts is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3.
