A fatal car accident was reported out of Pike County, KY Monday.
The incident happened around 10:30 a.m. on KY 3218 near Pike County Airport.
According to reports, Jacob Fitch, 20, of Louisa, was driving a pickup truck in the southbound lane and lost control of his vehicle. Fitch reportedly crossed into the northbound lane and hit a tractor trailer.
Fitch was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor trailer was taken to the hospital to be treated of non-life-threatening injuries.
