Active COVID cases in Logan County declined by more than 300 the same day the county sees a new highest total.
According to the Logan County Health Department, 160 additional cases of COVID-19 were discovered through Laboratory testing over the weekend. As of Monday morning, there were 874 active cases of COVID, the highest total number since the beginning of the pandemic.
By Monday afternoon, testing confirmed 53 more cases. Active cases declined dramatically when 319 patients were cleared for recovery.
Logan County currently has 599 active cases of COVID-19.
Fifteen people remain hospitalized.
