The Logan County Health Department confirmed 3 cases of COVID-19 Thursday.
As of 2 o’clock this afternoon, Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed 3 cases through laboratory testing.
Browning said the department has been unsuccessful in contacting two individuals
discovered through contact tracing. It’s possible the contact information for the people is outdated and inaccurate. He said the department will continue attempts to contact the individuals.
Logan County has 73 active cases of the virus, 598 recoveries, 2 unreachable contacts and 43 fatalities for a cumulative total of 716 cases of coronavirus.
Six people are hospitalized.
