The Logan County Health Department confirmed 1 death associated with COVID-19 Tuesday.
Health Department Director Steve Browning said an 83-year-old female succumbed to the virus. Thirty-four people in the county have died since the onset of the outbreak.
As of 11 o’clock Tuesday morning, 6 new cases of the virus have been confirmed through laboratory testing since Friday.
Logan County has 130 active cases of the virus, 366 recoveries, and 34 fatalities for a cumulative total of 530 cases of coronavirus.
Twenty-four people are hospitalized.
