Mingo "red" According to WV DHHR

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 153 new cases of COVID-19 over the last 24-hours.

As of 10 o’clock this morning, West Virginia has 4,578 active cases.

A Total of 385 West Virginians have succumbed to the virus since the onset of the outbreak.

Today’s daily positive rate of infection is 2.62%.

According to the state DHHR color-coded map released Monday morning, Mingo County is in the “red” category. Mingo County is the only red county in the state.

Logan County is yellow.

Boone, Lincoln, McDowell, Wayne and Wyoming counties are green.

West Virginia has 18,281 cumulative cases of coronavirus.
