Power outages linger in the Coalfields after severe weather moved through the area.
In Lincoln County, about 70 customers remain in the dark. The majority of those outages are in the Big Ugly area. There is no current estimated restoration time. A handful of outages in West Hamlin will be restored by 2 p.m.
In Logan County, about 40 outages remain from Barnabus to Cow Creek. There’s no current estimated restoration time. About 27 customers in Switzer are still in the dark with no current estimated restoration time. The same situation is happening for a handful of customers in the Taplin area.
In Mingo County, outages stretch from Nolan to Lenore. There is currently no word on when power will be restored.
More than 1200 customers are in the dark from Big Creek to Kenova in Wayne County. There are no current estimated restoration times.
