Local talent will once again be showcased at the Coal Field Jamboree in support of the We Can Program.
Now in its 25th year Vaudeville Review is a stage show featuring local performers, many of whom are children. Proceeds go toward funding summer camp for children in Logan, Mingo and Boone.
This year is notable for more than just a birthday. The Dance Studio’s own Dena Wigal is being honored for her 25 years of support for the show.
According to Ellen Browning, director of We Can, “We are asking everyone to help spread the word so former students can attend.
The Dance Studio has been a major part of every show since we began”
Joining The Dance Studio in this year’s lineup of acts is The Coal Fired Band, Hollie Nagy, Liam Farley, West Chapmanville Grade School, Gilbert’s Twirl Mania & Co., along with other surprises.
The show has moved to Sunday Afternoon, May 6, at 3 pm.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for children; children 3yrs and under are free.
