The Boone County Health Department has confirmed two new cases of COVID-19 Thursday.
One is work related and the other is community acquired.
Boone County has a cumulative total of 172 cases. That number includes 3 probable, 22 active and 147 recovered cases.
Two people are currently hospitalized.
