The Boone County Health Department confirmed 5 new cases of COVID-19 Monday.
Four of those cases are contacts of other cases. One case may be a result of a contact.
Two of the new cases are hospitalized while the other three are home in quarantine.
Boone County has a total of 203 cases of COVID-19, including 173 recovered cases, 29 active cases, and 1 death.
