Ky. abortion illegal once again

Kentucky Human Life Protection Act and the Heartbeat Law were reinstated by the Court of Appeals, according to Attorney General Daniel Cameron.

After Roe v. Wade was overturned on June 24, Kentucky’s trigger law went into effect outlawing abortions after the June twenty-fourth US Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

State courts temporarily halted the ban on abortion and the injunction was extended July twenty-second.

Abortions are once again illegal in Bluegrass state.
