LOGAN “America’s Got Talent” winner and Logan County native Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. plans to bring the Christmas spirit to West Virginia during his annual "Home for the Holidays" tour.
The series of performances will include appearances by The Voice contestants Mor Ilderton and Holly Forbes, as well as Huntington-based singer-songwriter Corduroy Brown, according to event organizers.
The tour begins on December 7 at the Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center in Clarksburg, followed by a performance on December 12 at the Foundry Theater's Jean Carlo Stephenson Auditorium at City Hall in Huntington. On December 14, Murphy will take the stage at Pipestem Resort State Park in Pipestem, and the tour concludes on December 23 at the Historic Fayette Theatre in Fayetteville.
Murphy continues his tradition of collecting toys for children in West Virginia as part of the Kids Joy Toy Drive. Attendees are invited to bring new toys to the concerts, and online donations are also being accepted.
