The Logan County Health Department confirmed two deaths associated with COVID-19 Monday.
Health Department Director Steve Browning said a 93-year-old and 82-year-old females have succumbed to the virus. Twenty-six people in the county have died since the onset of the outbreak.
As of 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon, 8 new cases of the virus have been confirmed through laboratory testing.
Logan County has 145 active cases of the virus, 302 recoveries, and 26 fatalities for a cumulative total of 473 cases of coronavirus.
Thirty-seven people are hospitalized.
