Marshall University is mandating everyone on school property be masked regardless of vaccine status.
The increase of COVID-19 numbers, and the Delta variant being more contagious, spurred the school's decision to implement the mask policy beginning Wednesday, August 11.
Professors are to teach with a mask and face shield or while standing behind a plexiglass barrier. Personal office space and private residence halls will not require masks.
