Kentucky State troopers responded to a home Saturday and discovered a man had been stabbed.
The incident happened at a home along Maria Branch in Pike County, KY.
Troopers say there was an altercation between Cody Wright and Adam Layne, after which Wright allegedly stabbed Layne.
Wright was arrested and is currently being held at the Pike County Detention Center. He is charged with Assault 1st Degree.
