West Virginia State Police plan to conduct a DUI checkpoint on Thursday, May 13th in Logan between 6 p.m. and midnight.

LOGAN West Virginia State Police conducting a sobriety checkpoint this week in Logan.


The checkpoint will take place between six o’clock and midnight on WV 73 this Thursday, May 15th.


According to a press release from the Logan Detachment of State Police, an alternate checkpoint has been designated on Enterprise Drive at Deskin’s Addition.


The checkpoint’s primary focus is DUI enforcement, however police will be enforcing all driving infractions including: reckless driving, speeding, and seat belt violations.
