Shreves
The West Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services Director Brian Shreves was suspended from his position and reportedly an investigation has commenced.
According to WV MetroNews, the office operates under the Department of Health and Human Resources Bureau for Public Health. There is no indication as to why Shreves was suspended or the nature of the investigation.
Deputy DHHR Secretary Russ Crane has been named acting director for the office pending the outcome of the investigation.
