WV DHHR Color Map Released for Tuesday, Nov. 3


The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 358 new cases of COVID-19 over the last 24-hours.


As of 10 o’clock Tuesday morning, West Virginia has 5,507 active cases of coronavirus.


Since the onset of the outbreak, 469 West Virginians have succumbed to the virus. Eleven deaths were reported in the last 24-hours.


Today’s daily positive infection rate is 3.99%.


According to the state DHHR color-coded map released Tuesday morning, Mingo County is the only county in the “red” category. “Red” is the most restrictive category.


Wyoming County is in the orange.


Logan, Lincoln and Wayne counties are gold.


Boone County is Yellow, and McDowell County is green.


West Virginia has 25,593 cumulative cases of coronavirus.
