The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 84 new cases of COVID-19 over the last 24 hours.
As of 10 o’clock Friday morning, a total of 384,143 laboratory tests have been conducted. A cumulative total of 9,066 cases have been determined positive.
Statewide, a total of 170 West Virginians have died from complications due to coronavirus.
The state DHHR says 1,756 cases are still considered active in the Mountain State.
