The Logan County Health Department confirmed an additional death and 33 cases of COVID-19.

Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed a 52-year-old male died due to complications from the virus.

As of two o’clock this afternoon, 33 new cases of the virus were confirmed through laboratory testing.

Logan County has 341 active cases, 1,571 recoveries and 63 fatalities for a cumulative total of 1,975 cases of COVID-19.

Thirty-six people are hospitalized.
