The Logan County Health Department confirmed a total of fourteen new COVID cases and an additional death from the virus this week.

The ninety first fatality was reported Monday. Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed the death of a 61-year-old male.

Since Friday last week, the department has discovered fourteen new cases of the virus through laboratory testing. Sixteen patients were cleared for recovery this week.

Logan County now has 23 active cases, 3,218 recoveries and 91 fatalities for a cumulative total of 3,332 cases of COVID-19.

Two people remain hospitalized.
