The Logan County Health Department reported fifteen new infections of COVID-19 for a second day in a row.
On Thursday, the health department confirmed another fifteen cases of the virus. Fifteen cases were also reported on Wednesday.
In total, 65 new cases have been confirmed over the past week. Fourteen cases were released for recovery.
Logan County has 93 active cases, 3,330 recoveries and 93 fatalities for a cumulative total of 3,516 cases of coronavirus since the beginning of the outbreak.
Seven people remain hospitalized.
Statewide, W.Va. has over five thousand active cases. Five hundred of the cases confirmed Thursday, according to the Department of Health and Human Resources.
