The Logan County Health Department confirmed new cases of COVID-19 following a long holiday weekend.
Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed eight cases of the virus yesterday and two more cases Wednesday morning.
Cases of coronavirus are still down in the county. Active cases are up some due to a slowdown of recoveries. Five recoveries have been reported since Friday.
Logan County now has 28 active cases, 3,223 recoveries and 91 fatalities for a cumulative total of 3,342 cases of COVID-19.
Two people remain hospitalized.
