MAN Jace Adkins and John McCoy each had a two-run home run and Bo Thompson tossed a complete game one-hitter for second-seeded Man, who beat third-seeded Sherman, 5-1, Tuesday night in the Class A Region 4 Section 1 tournament at William Tootie Carter Field.
Thompson allowed one unearned run, walked three and struck out 13 in seven innings. Thompson allowed a leadoff double to Bryce Mills leading off the second inning.
