The Logan County Health Department confirmed an additional death and 29 cases of COVID-19. The new cases elevated Logan’s total number of cases to over 2,000.
Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed the death of a 72-year-old female due to complications from the virus.
As of two o’clock Monday afternoon, 29 new cases of the virus were confirmed through laboratory testing.
Logan County has 361 active cases, 1,579 recoveries and 64 fatalities for a cumulative total of 2,004 cases of COVID-19.
Thirty-six people are hospitalized.
