BOONE COUNTY A Boone County man was arrested after trespassing on.
According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, on May seventh, police were dispatched to property owned by Lexington Coal for a for a complaint of trespassing and larceny.
Deputies said an investigation yielded the arrest of 23-year-old Hunter Gillispie of Julian.
Gillispie was charged with trespassing and had multiple active warrants including wanton endangerment and two counts of brandishing a deadly weapon.
