West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announced the lowest numbers of COVID-19 as numbers continue to decline for infection and vaccine shots rise.
During his conference on virus response, Justice said W.Va. has 11,683 active cases of coronavirus.
An additional 301 cases of COVID-19 were confirmed today. New infections are down 166 cases compared to Friday.
Today’ daily positive infection rate is 5.19%.
W.Va. has administered 250,646 doses of the first round of vaccine. As of 10 o’clock this morning, 140,540 residents have received both rounds of shots
