Chapmanville firefighters make quick work of car fire

CHAPMANVILLE Members of the Chapmanville Fire Department were on scene a for car fire Monday morning.

The vehicle fire was reported on US 119 at the Central Avenue exit near the Chapmanville Best Western

The department reported the fire was knocked down in about ten minutes

Southbound lanes of 119 were closed for a time while crews worked the scene. All lanes are back open.
