TEXAS In accordance with a White House proclamation, Kentucky and West Virginia’s Governors have ordered flags lowered to half-staff in remembrance of the Robb Elementary School shooting victims in Uvalde Texas.
Flags at all state facilities will fly low in both the Mountain State and the Commonwealth until sunset this Saturday, May Twenty-eighth.
At least 19 students and two adults have been confirmed dead following the mass shooting at the grade school in Texas Tuesday.
The gunman, identified by police as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, was killed by police.
