A former Logan County resident was sentenced last week to two years and three months in prison, for prohibited interception of oral communications.

According to federal court documents, 33-year-old Randall Dwight Holden II admitted to secretly recording a woman involved in sexually explicit conduct inside her Logan County home back on November 25, 2017. The video was later uploaded to the internet without the victim’s knowledge. The video was one of several secretly recorded videos of the victim that Holden had created and posted online.

Holden was ordered to pay $100,000 in restitution and his prison sentence will be followed by three years of supervised release.
