The Logan County Health Department confirmed four additional deaths from COVID-19 Friday.
Health Department Director Steve Browning said four more people have succumbed to the virus. Browning confirmed all fatalities were female and range in age between 78 and 86-years-old.
As of 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, 2 new cases of the virus have been reported through laboratory testing. A total of 99 new cases have been confirmed over the last week.
Logan County has 205 active cases of the virus, 228 recoveries, and 17 fatalities for a cumulative total of 450 cases of coronavirus.
Thirty-two people are hospitalized.
