Free Sports Physicals Available at Boone Memorial Health

MADISON Boone Memorial Health offering free sports physicals through August.
With the upcoming sports season approaching, Boone Memorial Health is helping local athletes prepare with free sports physicals.
The physicals are available without an appointment, and walk-ins are welcome through August 31st.
Sports physicals are offered Tuesdays at the BMH Comfort Clinic from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They are also available Saturdays at the BMH Danville Clinic from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Athletes under the age of 18 will need parental consent.
The free physicals are intended to help athletes get ready for the upcoming season and ensure they are prepared to participate in sports.
