Jake Endicott added 10 for Man, Noah Frazier had nine and Moises Hicks seven for the Hillbillies (5-3), who won their second consecutive road game.
Man led 16-8 after one quarter and held a 23-16 lead at halftime before Sherman got hot in the third quarter and cut the deficit to one, 33-32 after three quarters.
Man, outscored Sherman 15-10 in the fourth quarter and held on for its first win at Sherman since the 2021-22 season.
Sherman (6-3) lost for the third time in its last four games after a 5-0 start. Chase Mills led the Tide with 11 points, Luke Tagliente had 10, Elijah Pauley eight and Ryan Mollohan seven.
