A Kanawha County man faces charges after allegedly dumping trash in Boone County.
A post on the Boone County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page says Boone County Deputies discovered the trash on top of Lens Creek Mountain off WV Route 3.
Deputies obtained evidence from the dump site and started an investigation.
Information obtained during the investigation lead Deputies to obtain a criminal summons for 59-year-old Billie Rollyson of Marmet.
