Logan Confirms 21 New COVID Cases Tues.

The Logan County Health Department reported 21 additional cases of COVID-19 Tuesday.


A total of 48 new infections of the virus were confirmed through laboratory testing since Friday. Twenty-eight cases were cleared for recovery.


Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed the deaths of a 79-year-old female and a 70-year-old male. The deaths bring Logan’s death toll to 133 fatalities.


Logan has 112 active cases, 5,381 recoveries and 133 fatalities for a cumulative total of 5,626 cases of COVID-19


Seventeen people are hospitalized.
