According to the state DHHR color-coded map released Wednesday morning, Mingo County is orange. “Orange” is the second most restrictive category.
Boone, Wayne and Wyoming counties are yellow.
Logan, Lincoln and McDowell counties are green.
Doddridge County is the only county in red.
