Logan County man charged with assault, vehicle tampering

A Logan County man is behind bars this morning on multiple misdemeanor charges.

Kolby Rell Hensley, 31, faces multiple charges following his arrest late Thursday by West Virginia State Police.

LOGAN COUNTY According to the West Virginia Regional Jail Authority, 31-year-old Kolby Rell Hensley was arrested Thursday by State Police troopers and booked shortly after midnight this morning at the Southwestern Regional Jail.

He’s charged with one count each of Assault, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Disorderly Conduct and Wearing a Mask, Hood or Face Covering.

All of the charges are misdemeanors.

The details behind the charges are unavailable as of press time.

It should be noted that charges are merely allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
