CHARLESTON Applications are being sought for the vacancy on the Logan County Family Court.
The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is accepting application and letters of recommendation for appointment to the Ninth Family Court Circuit.
The vacancy is due to Judge Kelly Gilmore-Codispotti’s appointment to the Seventh Circuit Court in Logan. The deadline for completed applications is July 13, 2022. Applications and letters of recommendation will not be considered if received after the deadline. Both must be submitted either by email JVAC@wv.gov, or by mail :
