The Logan County Health Department confirmed two deaths associated with COVID-19 Thursday.
Health Department Director Steve Browning said a 86-year-old female and 84-year-old male succumbed to the virus. Thirty-six people in the county have died since the onset of the outbreak.
As of 2 o’clock this afternoon, 4 new cases of the virus have been confirmed through laboratory testing.
Logan County has 101 active cases of the virus, 408 recoveries, and 36 fatalities for a cumulative total of 545 cases of coronavirus.
Twenty-eight people are hospitalized.
