Logan is "Gold" According to WV DHHR Map Today


The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 317 new cases of COVID-19 over the last 24-hours.


As of 10 o’clock Monday morning, West Virginia has 5,031 active cases.


Since the onset of the outbreak, 424 West Virginians have succumbed to the virus. One death was reported in the last 24-hours.


Today’s daily positive infection rate is 1.28%.


According to the state DHHR color-coded map released Monday morning, Logan is in the “gold” category.


Boone, Mingo and Wayne counties continue to be in the orange.


Lincoln is yellow and McDowell is green.


Wyoming County is the only county in red.


West Virginia has 22,223 cumulative cases of coronavirus.
