WILLIAMSON A Delbarton man was shot at a Williamson apartment complex on Logan Street Thursday afternoon.
The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office says the victim was shot in the abdomen and taken to Pikeville Medical Center and is said to have non-life threatening injuries.
Williamson Police arrested 22-year-old Devin Browning, of Belfry, Ky. Browning is charged with one count of Malicious wounding and three counts wanton endangerment.
The shooting is a domestic related event, according to police.
Browning is currently jailed at the Southwestern Regional Jail.
