Six people have died in connection to the coronavirus in West Virginia.
According to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. as of 10:00 a.m., September 24, 2020, there have been 14,706 total positive cases and 325 deaths.
The most recent deaths include a 96-year old female from Mason County, a 62-year old female from Fayette County, a 72-year old male from Fayette County, an 86-year old male from Kanawha County, a 69-year old female from Kanawha County, and an 89-year old male from Pleasants County.
There are 3,550 active cases, according to the WV DHHR.
In West Virginia, 10,381 patients have recovered.
