Sobriety checkpoint in Logan Tuesday night

LOGAN West Virginia State Police conducting a sobriety checkpoint Tuesday night between six o’clock and midnight on WV 73.

According to a press release from the Logan Detachment of State Police, an alternate checkpoint has been designated on Enterprise Drive at Deskin’s Addition.

The checkpoint’s primary focus is DUI enforcement, however police will be enforcing all driving infractions including: reckless driving, speeding, and seat belt violations.
