A checkpoint Friday night in Logan is scheduled between 6 p.m. and midnight. The checkpoint’s primary focus is DUI enforcement, however police will be enforcing all driving infractions including: reckless driving, speeding, and seat belt violations.

LOGAN The West Virginia State Police conducting a sobriety checkpoint Friday evening in Logan.


The checkpoint will take place between six o’clock and midnight tonight at Deskins’ Addition.


According to a press release from the Logan Detachment of state police, an alternate checkpoint has been designated on WV 73.


The checkpoint’s primary focus is DUI enforcement, however police will be enforcing all driving infractions including: reckless driving, speeding, and seat belt violations.
