Tigers pull out one-point road win at WYoming East, 43-42

NEW RICHMOND   Cameron Blevins 3-pointer with 1:15 to play proved to be the game-winner as Class AA No. 6 Chapmanville defeated ninth-ranked Wyoming East 43-42 Wednesday night at Wyoming East High School.

 

Blevins’ 3-pointer came after Benji Adkins rebounded a missed Chapmanville free throw and kicked it out to Blevins for an open look.

 

Blevins led Chapmanville with 16 points and Joey Gollihue added 11 points for the Tigers, who improved to 13-6 with the win.

 

Cole Lambert led the Warriors, who dropped to 11-6, with a game-high 17 points. Bryson Huff and Braxton Morgan each had eight points.
