West Virginia Lottery officials want to make their website more user friendly. Specifically, the lottery wants to make applying for licenses more accessible.
One of the ideas for improvement is adding a search box on the site to direct users to licensing information.
The addition of new products at the state’s five casinos, such as iGaming and sports wagering, means more people in need of license applications to work.
Online applications will also cut back on the amount of paper used in the licensing process. A paperless application reduces paper waste and cost.
