A woman was arrested on drug charges in Wayne County Tuesday evening in the Fort Gay area.
According to Wayne County Sheriff Rick Thompson, the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit caught 22-year-old Carly Skeens during a drug transaction involving heroin.
Skeens is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver (heroin) and obstructing justice. Skeens was also wanted for probation violation.
Skeens was taken to the Western Regional Jail.
